Email help@evy.so with anything: a question, a bug, something you wish EVY did, or help getting set up. We aim to reply within one business day.

It helps if you tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and add a screenshot if something looked wrong.

Getting EVY

EVY is a Mac app and needs macOS 14 or later.
Download EVY after a short form with your name, company email and team size.
EVY sets up your first space with you when you open it. You don’t need an account or a card.

Agents

EVY hands tasks to agents that run on your Mac with the AI plan you already have:

Claude Code, with a Claude plan
Codex, with a ChatGPT plan

If neither is installed, EVY offers to install it for you. Agents only work in the folders you give them, and they ask you when they get stuck.

Integrations

EVY connects to other services only when you ask it to. You can disconnect any of them at any time in the app under Settings → Integrations, and it takes effect immediately.

Google Calendar

Read-only. EVY sees when you are busy so it can plan your day around your meetings. It cannot create, change or delete your events.

Slack

Lets EVY post in a channel you choose and message the people in it. EVY can read the list of channels and the names of their members so it knows where to post. EVY cannot read your team’s messages. It does not request message history, file access or email addresses. You can remove EVY from your workspace at any time in Slack’s app management.

Lets EVY publish posts to your profile when you choose. EVY does not read your feed, your connections or your messages.

Your data

Our privacy policy explains what we store and why. To get a copy of your data, email help@evy.so and we will send it within 30 days.

Delete your EVY account

Email help@evy.so from your account’s address and ask us to delete it. Delete your EVY account lists what we delete and what we keep.
