Data Export
Before cancelling, we recommend:
- Exporting any important documents
- Downloading any meeting recordings
- Saving any content you want to keep
After cancellation:
- You have 30 days to export your data
- After 30 days, some data may become inaccessible
- After 60 days, we permanently delete unused data

If You File a Chargeback

- Your EVY account will be immediately suspended
- Access to all data and documents removed
- We will provide evidence to payment processor/bank
- If chargeback is successful, account remains closed
- If chargeback is denied, you still owe the payment
Chargeback vs. Refund Request:

Legitimate use of chargebacks:
